Wes: You know, Ollie, I was wandering around in York's the other day and noticed that they have a large selection of that camoflage clothing.
Ollie: And............
Wes: Well, I was thinking how nice it would have been to have when we came across the trail.
Ollie: In what way.
Wes: Ollie, there are all these different patterns. We could have worn the sagebrush pattern when we passed through that open country west of the divide and the tree patterns when we were in the timber country. We would have been invisible to those pesky indians.
Ollie: That may be fine for you, but what about the wagon covers and, well, me.
Wes: I know York's can get me the fabric for the wagon covers, but I doubt they can do anything for you.
Ollie: And why is that.
Wes: Sorry, Ollie. No one makes a size 4 ox!

Wes: Hey, Ollie. Did you know that Yorks sells cannon shells now?
Ollie: No, I did not!
Wes: Yeah, they look just like huge shotgun shells.
Ollie: Wes, those are not cannon shells. They are thermos bottles.
Wes: Thermos bottle. What is that?
Ollie: Well, you know. It is kind of like a canteen except when you put something hot in it, it keeps it hot and when you put something cold in it, it keeps it cold. York's has several different brands and styles. They even have camo thermos bottles with matching cups.
Wes: Sounds like we could have used one of those on the Oregon Trail. Uh, Ollie. This thermos thing must be pretty smart!
Ollie: How is that, Wes?
Wes: How else would it know to keep the hot things hot and the cold things cold!

Ollie: Did you see the self inflating seat cushions from the Allen Company that York's just got in? You just roll them up and when you are ready to have a seat you open the valve and, presto, the cushion self inflates. Think I might get me one of these.
Wes: How big are they?
Ollie: Hmmmm, let me see, it is a number 136. Oh, here it is; they are about 1 3/4" x 11" x 17".
Wes: You better get three or four.
Ollie: .......................Is there a message in that statement?
Wes: Ollie, you know how many days I spent looking at the eastern end of westbound oxen. One will not do it for you.
Ollie: Kind of makes a body wonder who was really leading the wagon train, doesn't it.
